Meet Kate and Drew Prins
Owners and Operators of Custom Compressor Services
An avid diver since his early teens, Andrew "Drew" Prins started a Caribbean adventure with his wife, Kate, by moving from the States to Grand Cayman. The pair moved to St. Thomas in 2003. Drew became the Assistant Curator at Coral World Ocean Park, where he maintained the life support systems above water, and ensured the visitors' safety below the water as a rescue diver and guide for the SeaTrek and SNUBA programs.
When Drew had the opportunity to become a certified compressor technician, it was a natural progression for this safe-diving enthusiast. Drew leads the team of technicians that repair and service compressors for dive shops, marine vessels, hospital decompression chambers, and fire stations. Drew works to ensure that high-quality breathing air is available throughout the Caribbean.
Upon her arrival on St. Thomas, Kate published a visitors' guide to the Virgin Islands. Since she and Drew opened the doors of Custom Compressor Services, she has been handling orders, supply chain management, and sales. Please e-mail Kate for all your compressor needs.
